Ingredients
  • 1 cup diced green onions
  • 4 cups chopped celery
  • 4 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 2 cups frozen peas thawed
  • 2 cups chopped radishes
  • 4 cups shredded carrots
  • Combine the vegetables above in a large bowl.
  • Marinating Dressing:
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Combine the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and refrigerate 24 hours, drain and serve.
