Ingredients
Cream:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
Combine the following:
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda in 2 cups applesauce
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 4 cups flour
Combine the ingredients above and mix thoroughly.
  • Stir in the following:
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 cups raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease cookie sheets or use parchment paper. Drop by tablespoons or use a cookie scoop. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
