1. Grab a large bowl and combine the sweetened condensed milk with the 8-ounces of Whipped Cream or 8-ounces of Cool Whip.
2. Stir in the mini marshmallows.
3. Add the freshly sliced strawberries.
4. Fold in the cut pieces of the cake.
5. Refrigerate covered until you are ready to serve it. Serve it within 6 hours.
