Ingredients
  • 1 pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 10 -ounces frozen sweet Petite peas (run under cold water, drain)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cups cashews, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
  • 1/2 cup mayo or Miracle Whip
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine the cooked bacon, sweet peas, chopped green onions, chopped cashews, and cranberries in a large bowl. Set aside. Grab a bowl and whisk the mayo, white vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until smooth and creamy. Pour the dressing over the bowl with the chopped bacon, sweet peas, chopped green onions, chopped cashews, and cranberries, and stir until evenly covered.
