Ingredients
  • 1 cup hummus, plain or flavored
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked/canned chickpeas, drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced English cucumber
  • 1 cup raw baby spinach
Instructions
  1. Add the ingredients in equal amounts around the bowl. Top with red wine vinegar and oil. Add salt and pepper as desired. Toss the salad before serving.
