Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream the butter, sugar, egg, salt, and vanilla. Combine the flour until thoroughly mixed together. Stir in the chocolate chips and the M & M's. Use a 1/8 cup cookie scoop and scoop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Please do not overbake. Let the cookies cool before removing from the cookie sheet. Carefully place 2 "eyeballs" on each cookie to finish off the look of the monster cookies. This recipe makes 3-4 dozen depending on the size of the cookie scoop. This is a really soft and chewy cookie! Enjoy!
