Ingredients
  • 1-12 ounce package of Sweet Hawaiian Rolls (cut into cubes)
  • 10-12 eggs
  • 1-3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1 cup chopped red and yellow bell peppers
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked bacon, ham, or sausage crumbled
Instructions
  1. Grease a 9 by 13-inch pan. Cut the Hawaiian rolls into pieces and place them in the pan. Grab a bowl and whisk the eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and dry mustard until smooth. Or you can use a blender. Add your meat of choice, bell peppers, and cheese to the milk mixture. Pour this mixture over the pieces of Hawaiian rolls in the casserole pan and thoroughly cover the bread and spread the mixture evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In the morning preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Remove the plastic wrap and bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes or until the eggs are set. Enjoy!

    Please use a thermometer to test for doneness, it should register 160 degrees.
