  1. Ooh Linda – most of these sandwiches sound so good! I especially like the sound of the Ultimate Veggie Sandwich With Lemon Herb Cream Cheese! It reminded me of a sandwich I had at a deli many many years ago (wasn’t veggie but the cream cheese was to die for!). I ordered a turkey sandwich and the cream cheese they put on the sandwich was so good – I am sure it was similar the the lemon herb cream cheese in this recipe!!
